1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Velar Finance Pty Ltd (ABN 56 694 158 337), located at Suite 1, 908 Doncaster Road, Doncaster East VIC 3109 (Velar Finance).

2. Promotional Period

The promotion commences on 1 November 2026 and concludes at 11:59 pm AEDT on 31 December 2026.

Eligible referrals must be received by Velar Finance during this period. The referred loan may settle after the promotional period.

3. Eligibility

To qualify for the referral reward:

• The referrer must be an Australian resident aged 18 years or older.

• The referred individual must be a new client who has not previously engaged Velar Finance regarding the relevant lending requirement.

• The referral must be received during the promotional period.

• The referred individual must proceed with a loan arranged through Velar Finance that successfully settles.

• The referrer must have obtained the referred individual's consent before providing their contact details to Velar Finance.

• The referrer must disclose to the referred individual that they may receive a $250 Visa Gift Card if the loan settles.

Existing commercial referral partners, employees and representatives of Velar Finance, and persons receiving another referral incentive for the same introduction are excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing and permitted by applicable law.

4. Referral Reward

For each eligible referral resulting in a successfully settled loan, the referrer will receive one $250 Visa Gift Card.

The reward is payable once per referred client, regardless of the number of loan accounts, splits or facilities established as part of the transaction.

There is no limit to the number of eligible individuals a person may refer during the promotional period.

5. Reward Distribution

Eligible rewards will be issued within 30 calendar days of the referred loan's successful settlement.

Velar Finance will contact the referrer to arrange delivery of the gift card.

Gift cards are subject to the card issuer's applicable terms, conditions and expiry dates. The reward cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person before issue.

6. General Conditions

• A referral does not guarantee loan approval.

• All applications remain subject to lender eligibility requirements, credit assessment and approval.

• Referrers must not provide credit advice, recommend specific credit products or represent themselves as authorised to act on behalf of Velar Finance unless appropriately licensed or authorised.

• Where multiple people refer the same individual, the reward will be allocated to the first eligible referral received and recorded by Velar Finance.

• Referrals involving false, misleading or fraudulent information will be ineligible.

• Velar Finance may verify eligibility before issuing a reward.

• Any changes to the promotion will not retrospectively remove rewards already earned under these terms, except where required by law.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Velar Finance's privacy practices.

Referrers must obtain consent before sharing another person's personal information.
